Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is second to none, ideal for outdoor activities and just a 10-15 minute walk to the main shopping area. The service was top-notch with staff who remembered our names from the first night and were well-organized with reservations. Although the rooms had a damp feel and some water damage, the view was nice despite overlooking the stairwell.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were decent, but the price was quite high for a dark room facing a busy road. The service was fabulous overall, although the noise from trolleys in the morning was a downside. The location was perfect for exploring, but it could get busy due to events like weddings. The dining experience was enjoyable with delicious dishes, but the presence of sparrows was a bit of a nuisance. Overall, a mixed experience with some great highlights and a few drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were well soundproofed and had lovely touches like complementary books, my room facing the street was quite noisy in the early morning. The comfort level was decent but felt average considering the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were magnificent with a view of the ocean and beautiful sliding double doors to let in the fresh ocean breeze, but being at the back of the hotel along the street made it very noisy early in the morning. The atmosphere was lovely overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The uniquely decorated rooms gave off a cozy beach vibe, but the dim lighting made it hard to see. The service was a standout with extremely polite and charming staff, although some were grossly inattentive. The location offered stunning views of the Santa Monica pier, but the nearby restaurant's tuna dish left much to be desired. Dining was a bit of a hit and miss, as the breakfast chaos was a letdown compared to the otherwise perfect dining experience. Overall, it was a memorable stay with some ups and downs.
Had a wonderful time at the hotel with a usable mini-kitchen for children to run around and had everything we needed. The view from the room was spectacular even with some obstruction, but overall a great stay.
The hotel felt like a luxurious East Coast beach house right on the Beach with lovely, enormous rooms beautifully furnished and very comfortable, offering thoughtful touches and hosting friendly staff. Perfect for outdoor relaxation and a short walk to the main street shopping area, the location was ideal. Despite the disappointing chaos during breakfast, dining overlooking the ocean was delightful.
